Vandy Vape Icon RDA

The Vandy Vape iCon RDA is a design collaboration from star vape reviewer, Mike Vapes and Vandy Vape’s CEO, Stefen Zhang. Stefen’s previous design successes include best-selling rebuildables like the Griffin, Avocado and Tsunami atomizers. Mike’s aim with this project was to build a top performing dripper that would incorporate all of his favourite features. The iCon RDA is a dripper that exceeds all expectations in terms of easy building, smooth airflow, squonk compatibility, cloud production and big flavours.

The iCon RDA measures 24mm in diameter – perfect for compatibility with a wide range of mid to high-power mods. The RDA has a protruding positive pin and an insulating washer over the end of the 510 connection screw. These design features make the iCon RDA safe for vaping with hybrid mods. This RDA also comes with an alternative ‘squonk’ pin in the spares bag.

Like many of Vandy Vape’s RDA’s, the iCon has a stunning, gold-plated build deck. For easy building, the deck’s dual posts feature enormous, square terminal holes set on two levels. A neat feature on the upper terminal connectors is a special retaining lip. The lip stops the coil wire slipping out of position as the terminal screws are tightened. The deck comes fitted with hex-headed (Allen) screws, but you also get a set of Philips headed screws in the spares bag.

Mike and Stefen have designed the iCon RDA with a deep e juice well. The deeper well also allows the dripper’s O ring seals to be spaced further apart. This creates a tighter connection with the RDA’s steel sleeve, making it less likely to be knocked out of position while vaping. Unique rectangular air holes can be adjusted to feed ultra-smooth airflow to single or dual coil builds.

Mike Vapes has been a long-time advocate of tanks with versatile drip-tip options. The Vandy Vape iCon RDA comes with 14mm and 17.5mm ‘Goon’ style drip-tips. A standard, 510 drip-tip adapter is also included in the spares bag.

Vandy Vape iCon RDA Compatibility:
An insulated 510 screw connector and protruding positive pin makes this dripper compatible with hybrid mechanical mods as well as regular box mods. The alternative hollow squonk pin is compatible with many squonk mods. The iCon RDA has a diameter of 24mm.
