All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Original proof of purchase must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All e-liquids (including all fruit and menthol varieties)
  • Coil heads/atomizers (all brands)
  • Any opened or used vaping products

Returns Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package Your Return: Securely pack item(s) in original packaging with RMA number visible

Exchanges Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same steps as the returns process
  2. Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify the replacement product
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Refund Information

  • Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
